Meet Erin.
Erin Strueby is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (S-LP (C)) who had 6 years of experience working for a local school division prior to opening her own private practice in 2016. She has experience working with clients aged 1-25 with an array of abilities and experiences. Erin is a wife and a proud mother to her three small children. She looks forward to helping families in Humboldt and area support their loved ones in achieving their communication goals - whatever that looks like for them!
Erin earned a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Minot State University in 2009. Upon completion of the graduate program, she was selected by the faculty to receive the Merit Scholar Award. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Minot State University with a Bachelor of Science degree (major in Communication Disorders and a minor in Psychology) in 2007.
In her spare time, Erin loves being active (playing sports, working out, or playing with her three children), reading, being outdoors, and travelling.
Meet Jen.
Jen has been a licensed practicing S-LP in Saskatchewan since 2010. She teaches Kindergarten and has her own practice in her home community of Watrous, SK. She is a wonderful and experienced therapist who has supported clients of all ages and stages within the school system throughout her career. We are so lucky to have her join the team at HSLS.
Jennifer earned a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Minot State University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree before pursuing her dream of becoming an S-LP. Now, she gets to have the best of both worlds!
When Jen is not supporting families within her roles at Watrous Elementary or in private practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves spending time at the lake, playing sports like hockey and golf, and having fun with friends.
Meet Miranda.
Miranda is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist who has been practicing in Saskatchewan for nearly five years. In 2017, Miranda obtained a bachelor of science degree in communication sciences and disorders with a minor in deaf and hard of hearing education from Minot State University. Miranda enjoyed the program at Minot State and went on to graduate with her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology in 2019. Since then, Miranda has worked in a variety of settings, including public health, private practice, and a non-profit clinic. She has a passion for helping individuals, birth-22, reach their full communication potential.
Born and raised in Lake Lenore, SK, Miranda is excited to be close to home again providing high quality speech and language services to the Humboldt and area population. When Miranda is not at work, you can find her spending time with her husband and son, sipping on a good cup of coffee or tea, exercising, cooking or baking, and watching reruns of early 2000s sitcoms.
